Manufacturing Warranty

All of our designer frames (not lenses) come with a minimum 12 month manufacturing warranty. This means that if your product develops a fault up to 1 year after your purchase and this is a result of a manufacturing defect, we will return it to the manufacturer on your behalf and obtain a replacement frame. Lenses are not covered. You should receive a warranty card or booklet with your new frames explaining your guarantee.

Breakage Protection

About 1 in 10 of us sit, drop or fall on our glasses each year causing them to be irrepairably damaged. Others stick them on top of our heads forgetting about them and leaving them to bend out of shape and kids and other holiday makers accidently stnd on them on beaches worldwide. Your glasses are expensive and even with household insurance you are usually required to pay £50 excess damage to have them replaced.

£20 Protection for a year

David Clulow offer a breakage protection to replace your glasses for free within 1 year if you choose to sign up to our breakage protection guarantee. You can only use it once in any 12 month period but we think it’s something to think about. Ask in store for details. General rules are below.

• Buy Breakage Protection For Your Frame at the time of purchase - £20 for 12 Months cover.
• If the frame breaks accidentaly within 12 months, you get a free replacement (Same frame)
• If you claim for a damaged frame, the protection for that frame ends at that stage. You can only claim once.
• You cannot buy further breakage protection for the replacement frame.
• Breakage protection cannot be extended after 12 months is finished.
