David Clulow Opticians stock Chanel Sunglasses and Optical frames but due to image rights are not currently allowed to display these products on our internet site. We are constantly adding new models to our site and expect all of our SS08 collections to be cataloged and available online in the coming weeks.

Complaints Process

If for any reason you are unhappy with the level of service you have received from any of our team then please let us know and we will try to put things right for you. It is often easier to put things in writing so we can both keep track of progress. We ask that any complaints you may have are sent to us in writing by post or email to the following address.

Please include as much detail as possible and don’t forget to give us your contact details and a preferred time for us to contact you. Once we have received your complaint, we will acknowledge receipt of your correspondence and provide an update on how long we expect for it to be resolved.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in any of David Clulow’s stores please request to speak with the manager of the store and they will be happy to help resolve any problems. If you are unable to do this at the time or feel unhappy with the response you receive, please write to our head office with as much detail as possible.
