Madonna has joined forces with
Italian designers Dolce & Gabbana to showcase an exclusive sunglass
collection designed by the pop star together with the Italian duo. The
collection bears the MDG logo and marks Madonna’s first foray into the world of
eyewear. Featuring sunglass styles for women, pick from a selection of metal,
shield and plastic styles. The collection is feminine and super cool with both
cutting edge and easier designs in fancy shades balanced with more sober
colours. With such a variety of styles, the collection really does offer a
design for all.

Stay Safe in The Sun
Here are a few tips to keep your eyes safe this summer:
- If you wear prescription glasses or contact lenses it is important to have a pair of prescription sunglasses to keep your eyes safe throughout the summer months
- Look for sunglasses that are close fitting as they help prevent light getting behind your sunglasses into your eyes
- The best colour lenses for protecting eyes are brown, amber, green or grey
- UV light is strongest in the middle of the day so take extra care then
- Sunlight bouncing off water is even stronger so it is especially important to protect your eyes on the beach
