Refunds & Returns

Internet Orders

This policy covers orders placed for home delivery, or paid for in advance and collected in store. It does not apply to items chosen for “Try before you buy” or “In Store Viewings”. Items paid for in store are subject to the individual policy of that store.

 

Complete Satisfaction

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with each purchase. For that reason, we ask that upon receipt of shipment you carefully inspect all merchandise for damage so that we can take immediate action if it becomes necessary.

 

Damaged Goods

You must notify us by phone 020 8515 6700 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it within 48 hours, and we will advise you how to return the product and offer a replacement product.

You must return the goods to us within 7 days, we recommend recorded delivery. You will be reimbursed for any reasonable postage costs.

Damaged goods presented for return, must be accompanied by a copy of the original shipment receipt. Please take precautions against additional damage to the merchandise you are returning. See condition of returns below.

 

Unwanted Purchases

If you ordered a product and then decide that you don't require it, you may return it and we will gladly refund your card, minus any shipping or handling charges.

You must return the goods to us within 7 days, we recommend recorded delivery. You will be not be reimbursed for postage but you are responsible for any returns that may be lost during posting. If you do not have proof that we received, i.e. signed for the item, we will not refund you if we do not receive the item.

Conditions of Return

  • All products returned, must have the security tag, attached by string to the nose bridge, still affixed. This can only be removed by cutting the string, and doing so will invalidate any refund entitlement.
  • For unwanted, undamaged items, they must be in the original box with all original packing materials, and any other materials that came with the item. The product must be received in ORIGINAL RESALEABLE CONDITION. 
  • We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable charge for any damage caused by you or damage caused in the process of returning the item to us.

 

Returning To Stores

Unless you paid for an item in one of our stores, it is not currently possible to receive a refund from, or return internet orders to, one of our stores. You must do so via our head office. We are working on improving allowing this process but it is not currently available.

On occasions, we may be able to swap damaged goods you receive with a replacement product at a nearby store, but we cannot guarantee we can do this in all cases.
