2. Any order placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant product subject to these conditions. A contract between you and David Clulow shall only come into existence once we have issued a confirmation invoice referring to the relevant order reference number after we have received a payment in full. We reserve the right to refuse, at our sole discretion, any order you place with us.
3. With the exception of “Try Before Your Buy” or “View In Store” orders, payment in full is required at the time of order. Payment should be made through David Clulow’s website by credit or debit card. For “Try Before You Buy” or “View In Store” your payment is made in store and is subject to the policies, terms and conditions of that store.

5. Orders for In Store Viewing (Try Before You Buy) may on rare occasion be sold out before you arrive for your viewing. Our team will contact you beforehand if this occurs.

Reasonable care has been taken that the content of this website is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice. All content on this website (including information about products, and images) is published in good faith but you acknowledge that David Clulow cannot check the accuracy of all information provided by its suppliers.

9. Changes to your order due to stock availability. It is unlikely that we will have a situation where a product advertised as In Stock is not available, but occasionally suppliers withdraw products from the market with no notice. We will advise you immediately if this happens and do our upmost to find a suitable alternative product request for us to do this. We also reserve the right in any cancel your order in these circumstances and you can either have a refund of all monies paid to us or accept an offer of alternative model.
10. For In Store Viewings, you and any accompanying people must not behave in an inappropriate manner while viewing our products in store. You must not behave in a manner which causes damage, offence, or distress to others (which includes drunkenness) or risks damage whilst visiting our stores.

David Clulow shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control. The following shall be regarded as examples of such circumstances: act of God, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, revolution, the act of any government or authority, fire, flood, lightning, explosion, fog or bad weather, interruption or failure of a utility service (including but not limited to electricity, gas, water or telecommunications), renovations, strikes, lockouts or boycotts, embargo, blockade. David Clulow is not responsible for the theft and/or damage of your personal belongings during the course of visit to our stores.

14. Your order is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The order confirmation and these terms represent the entire agreement between David Clulow and you.
15. Except as otherwise provided in these order terms and conditions, your statutory rights are not affected.
