What is responsible delivery?
Responsible Delivery is fulfilled by our logistics partners using lower-impact solutions that help reduce emissions. It’s a more conscious way to receive your order — and always free.
This service may include:

Ground-only transport, avoiding air or other higher-emission options wherever possible.

Carbon offsetting, where emissions are calculated and balanced through certified environmental projects like reforestation and renewable energy initiatives.
Please note: Responsible delivery may take a little longer up to 8 working days — but it’s better for the planet.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Changed your mind? No problem. Whether you’ve shopped online or in store, you have 30 days to return your item.
For online orders

Log into your account or head to davidclulow.com/returns

Select the item(s) you’d like to return

Follow the link to the courier site and choose your nearest drop-off point or locker

Print your label, attach it securely to your parcel and drop it off. Ensure product is returned in the orginal packaging.
Once your return has been received, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.
For store purchases
Simply return your item to any David Clulow store within 30 days, along with your proof of purchase. Our team will be happy to help.
