WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

We hope that you will be delighted with your Glasses and the Style Service. But if you no longer want to participate you can cancel your Plan, and your Adaro Loan Agreements, within 30 days of collecting your first pairs of glasses.

To cancel, you must contact your local participating David Clulow and return the glasses purchased through the plan to the store within 30 days of your collection date. Glasses must be in an unworn (other than in-store fitting), saleable condition and you must return them to the store with your receipt. We reserve the right to charge you for any damage to the Glasses from your use of them or handling of them in a way that would not be permitted in store. This may result in a charge to you for the full value of the damaged or mishandled glasses. Any refund due to you will be made in accordance with your Adaro Loan Agreement, usually within 14 days of your cancellation to the payment method originally used by you.

IF THIS IS AFTER 30 DAYS:

You can cancel after 30 days by contacting your local participating David Clulow store you bought your glasses from. You will be sent a breakdown of outstanding balance remaining on the loan account on each year of your Adaro Agreements to pay off in one single payment. Your plan will terminate once any remaining loan balances are paid in full.
